When the production line needs to feed, it automatically sends a request to MES system; the MES system informs the warehouse personnel to prepare materials; when materials are ready, the warehouse gives instructions and the MES system sends tasks to the AGV scheduling system. After receiving the instruction, the scheduling system sends the idle AGV to take the loaded bin at the warehouse, then go to the production line to unload and take the empty bin before returning to the warehouse. The AGV reports the task to the scheduling system, and the scheduling system reports to the MES.
Introduction of Scheduling System
AGV scheduling System, that is, Robot Control System, or RCS, provides control functions such as task management, path planning, graphical monitoring, and management functions such as robot status monitoring, task management, log query, statistical analysis, etc., scheduling robots to perform material handling tasks. The scheduling system receives the distribution task from the upper system, automatically sends the robot to the corresponding position to automatically dock with the material truck, load the material, travel according to the planned path to carry the material to the corresponding unloading location for unloading. In a multi-robot environment, robots and the equipment work efficiently and orderly through task scheduling and traffic control.
System monitoring module
The system monitoring module can provide graphical monitoring interface to monitor and manage the working status of shelf, AGV and charging position system in real time by vivid picture and words. It has functions of real-time monitoring, scheduling, exception handling, free route planning, control, intervention and query to allow the managers and operators to control the working state and early warning information of each core component of the system comprehensively and ensure the smooth and stable operation of the system.
Equipment safety protection
AGV is equipped with safety sensors on the body, anti-collision safety bars and emergency stop switches on the front and rear of the body, which ensure the absolute safety of people, facilities and equipment. The equipment provided by the system meets the following requirements in terms of safety and environmental protection: it can effectively protect the product from damage; uses materials meeting the environmental protection requirements for the equipment; discharges toxic substances according to relevant state regulations.
